Salzburg Improvisation Evenings Studio Sessions 2022

Sessions until the end of 2022!

SIE is resuming its studio practices for the rest of 2022 for performing artists of ALL genres. The work will focus on instant composition and real-time performance and is meant for professional performers.

In its fourth consecutive year, SIE has a new system in place: Everyone who wants to join the training, will be assigned to a Signal group, organised by our team members Agnes, Vitus and Olivia. This makes communication much easier.

IMPORTANT

A requirement for joining the Signal group and participating in SIE is a membership with INFLUX to cover the organisational expenses. This costs 20€ for one year – running from January 1 until December 31. Those of you who get a membership only now, will, of course, only pay 10€ until the end of the year.

It is always possible to bring interested friends for a trial session! They can simply participate and decide afterwards if they want to be a part of it. Please communicate this via Signal, so we have an idea of how many people to expect.

Please fill out the attached membership form (Mitgliedschafts-Formular_INFLUX) and send it back to us scanned or photographed. After transferring the amount we will add you to the Signal group!

In case you want to lead a session, you can communicate this to one of the team members.

Leading a session means:

– Organising the key and opening/closing the Studio (Agnes and Ursula are currently the ones with the keys)
– Planning the session (there can be a group warm-up or specific research instructions – let your creative juices flow!)
– Taking responsibility for the evening and guiding other participants during the session
– Taking in feedback and reflecting the session as a group

The session leader also receives a voluntary donation (between 1€ – 5€) from each participant.

The following dates are available until the end of the year: 02.11. / 16.11. / 30.11. / 14.12.

Where: The meetings will take place in the studio at Toihaus Theater, Franz Josef Strasse 4.
