We are looking for a freelance-based production manager for an upcoming project in Salzburg. The project timeline is January, February, March and April 2025.
This is a paid opportunity. A potential for long-term collaboration exists, if the first-time collaboration is successful.
Hard facts
– The production process will take place partly in January, February, March and April.
– It is necessary to be available in person in the performance week (second week of April, 2025)
– Approximately 80 hrs of work spread across four months
Tasks
– Communication and coordination with the artists, venue partners and funding partners
– Streamlining a production plan, including rehearsal planning, technical setup at the venue etc.
– Supporting the team with any production-related needs and issues.
– Touring support.
Required qualifications
– Prior experience in working with artists and artistic productions
– Ability to speak fluent English and German
– Curiosity and commitment to working in an intercultural setting.
– Good communication skills (both written and spoken), openness to learning new skills on the job.
– Willingness to work in alignment with the needs of the production
– Ability to take self-initiatives and work independently, as well as the flexibility to work with a team.
